• Rental Charges are due in advance. Purchase options are available.
• Day: 8 Hours Use during 24 hour period
• Week: any 7 consecutive days with maximum 40 hours use
• PICK UP AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT- $125.00 per hour
• NOTE: Charges start from the time the equipment is delivered or picked up and end when equipment is returned.
MAINTENANCE:
• Oil: Proper oil level in rental equipment is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
• Fuel: It’s the Customer’s responsibility to fuel machine while on rental. Machine MUST be returned filled with fuel.

INSURANCE:
• No Insurance, License, or Sales Tax are included in rate.
• Insurance must be purchased unless multiple month rental, snow rental or Governmental rental. See Salesman for certificate information.
• Cherry Valley charges 18% of rental rate for insurance. The deductible is $1,000 per claim. Payable immediately to Cherry Valley.
