4 to 8 ton KX and U Series

• Replace engine oil & filter
• Clean air filter and cab A/C filter (if equipped)
• Replace fuel filter
• Fuel filter-drain water from water separator & tank
• Inspect radiator, oil cooler, and condenser,
• Inspect hoses, belts, fan, and radiator
• Check/adjust crawler tension (both sides)
• Inspect battery cables, clean terminals, and check battery electrolyte level
• Inspect and test cranking system, charging system, lights, wiring, instrument panel, gauges
• Check fluid levels, engine oil, hydraulic oil, engine coolant,  final drive oil levels
• Inspect exhaust system
• Check Hydraulic operations – boom, swing, bucket, swivel, ground drive, blade, thumb (if equipped)
• Check park brake operation
• Grease all lube points
• Check for open warranty campaigns
• Wash
